Action Reports

The International (WHO) Code Action Report is published and issued by Nestlé and distributed to interested parties around the world. It is designed to be a reliable source of information on implementation of the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and relevant subsequent World Health Assembly (WHA) resolutions.

This initiative is intended to encourage meaningful dialogue between all interested parties involved with infant feeding and nutrition, the encouragement of breastfeeding and the promotion of the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes. It aims to fulfill the spirit of the WHO Code, the preamble to which states that

"Manufacturers and distributors of breast-milk substitutes have an important and constructive role to play in relation to infant feeding, and in the promotion and aim of this Code and its proper implementation."
